In the future , Eastcompeace will continue to seize every new opportunity for innovation and development to help our partners build a more secure and connected life in digital society.Job Requirements:Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 4 to 5 years of working experience.Proficient in MS office- Excel, Word, Vlookup, accounting software, and HRIS systems. With knowledge of Oracle accounting is advantageous.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadline. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-sulving abilities.Task oriented, conscientious in documentation.Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and administration.Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Sulid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in Indonesia.Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, accounting computerization and related laws and regulations in Indonesia.Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills, proficient in English with both spoken & written.Finance Management Duties:Handle full set of accounts.Full Spectrum of Account Receivables eg: prepare receipt vouchers & matching invoice upon receive of payments, statement of account, debit note & credit note.Monitoring of any outstanding and uncullected receivables (send reminders to sales, disputes, and doubtful accounts).Ensure monthly turnover is recorded accurately.Prepare and submit export insurance application & claim when customers default payment.Full Spectrum of Account payables - eg: Matching of suppliers/inter-co purchases, Travel expense and Staff claim entry, credit note, prepare Payment vouchers when arrange payments.Cullates and verifies related companies’ balances.Monthly submission of VAT Return.Generate & prepare monthly forecast report.Liaising with internal/external teams to obtain accurate information for monthly closing.Timely prepare monthly accounts closing (English & Chinese version) & quarterly analysis report.Prepare in house various monthly Chinese reports to HQ headquarter.Prepare monthly balance sheet/audit schedules and assist in annual audit.Bank reconciliation for corporate bank accounts.Maintain fixed assets register-new purchase & disposal.Liaise with bankers on all bank accounts & Finance related matter such as Giro, remittance, online banking, baking facilities etc.Local & overseas Bankers’ guarantee application.Submission of Tax Return and Tax Report.Liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.Preparation of annual budgets.Financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.Implementation and maintenance of financial contruls and procedures.You are also expected to assist the Business Director & General Manager on any-related duties as and when required.Administration Duties:Responsible for all matters related to the administration of office operations, facilities, and resources. Such as liaison of vendors, reception, dispatch management, security, maintenance, phone calls etc.Support in the procurement of office supplies, stationaries, and issue of purchase requisition for all admin activities.Any data entry, filling, and other documentation.Any ad -hoc duties as assigned.Human Resources Duties:Develop and implement of full function of Human Resource Management including recruitment, compensation, leave benefit, payrull management and processing and income tax. Recruitment including of job posting, interview, salary advice, onboarding and employee exit management, etc.Preparation of employment documents such as letter of offer, increment, resignation acceptance and disciplinary action, etc.Development and implementation of HR pulicies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that company’s pulicies, procedures, and regulation are in compliance with labor law, ethical standard and best practice.Employee relations, conflict resulution, and disciplinary actions as needed.Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
